MHE is one of the few companies to offer accommodation in two exclusive locations at Shivpuri. The MHE Jungle Camp, which is located in a forest along the road to Devprayag and the MHE Beach Camp which is an exclusive location across the river.
MHE Jungle Camp (Our jungle camp is under construction at the moment)
The MHE Jungle camp is located close to a tiny hamlet near Shivpuri. Surrounded by unspoilt reserved forests on three sides, the Jungle Camp offers an exclusive access to some of the best hiking trails along the Ganga. The camp offers accommodation in luxury tents with attached washroom and WC with electric power. In addition to our luxury tents we also offer accommodation in three Double Bedrooms in our Himalayan Lodge with common WC, electricity and running water.
Besides, Rafting and Kayaking the MHE Jungle camp offers a great selection of activities like Burma Bridge, Zip Wire, Artificial Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Birding and Hiking.
MHE Beach Camp
The MHE beach camp is located on a silver sand beach on the banks of the Holy Ganges nestled in the midst of the virgin
forests on the Great Himalayan foothills. It is situated on the far side of the river offering an access only by boat. With the river on one side and protected forest on the other, the four acre complex provides an unspoiled, exclusive and pure atmosphere to visitors.
The camp provides accommodation in 35 luxury tents with attached verandahs. Complete care has been taken to ensure that the camp conforms to the strictest environmental guidelines and practices. Even though there are no permanent structures at the site, our team of highly experienced guides, cooks, Sherpas and management have spared no efforts to make the it a very comfortable and fun place to be. Our faculty boasts of competent members looking after adventure activities, naturopathy, astronomy, yoga, bird watching and wild life.
Wild Life
The virgin forests around the camp are home to over 200 different kinds of birds like Minivets, Flycatchers, Oriloes, Hornbills, Woodpeckers, Lapwings, Fowl, Martins, flowerpeckers etc. The jungles around are part of the Rajaji National Park and are home to different kinds
of Deer, Elephants, Wild Boar, Leopard, Apes, Monkeys and numerous small mammals and reptiles.

The camp acts as a base for many adventure activities like River Rafting, Kayaking, Bird Watching, Trekking, Rock-Climbing, Abseiling, Volley Ball, Trampoline Jumping, Mountain Biking, Yoga, Nature Walks etc.
